Payment Policy

Payment Policy – SK Building Material


1. Advance Payment:

Customers are required to pay an advance amount at the time of placing the order to confirm booking.



2. Full Payment Before Delivery:

The remaining balance must be cleared before dispatch or delivery of materials, unless otherwise agreed.



3. Accepted Payment Modes:

Payments can be made via Cash, UPI, Bank Transfer, or QR Code provided by SK Building Material.



4. Payment Confirmation:

Orders will only be processed after payment confirmation from our end.



5. No Credit Policy:

SK Building Material currently does not offer credit or pay-later options.



6. Invoice & Taxes:

All payments include applicable GST and transport charges, if any. Proper invoice/bill will be issued for every transaction.



7. Refund Policy:

Once payment is made and order is confirmed, no refund will be processed unless there is a genuine

issue verified by our team.
